Presented by a team of true Sports fanatics, along with Daniel Pages, Experienced Triathlon coach, this holiday is suited to all aspriring triathletes and nature lovers..
A 7-day training combining the three disciplines of triathlon in one of the wildest and virgin places in the world. In addition, in this 7 days tour you will visit the most emblematic places situated in the region.
The tour is designed so that you can come with your partner, friends or family, including them, this way, in your plans. We have planned alternative activities for them too.
During these 7 days, we will experience cycling on isolated roads, will run over cliffs near the sea, and will swim in high-altitude mountain lakes. Moreover, the companions will enjoy activities outside the training schedule. Sharing all these experiences will certainly create a special bond between all participants. More importantly, we will improve our performance and knowledge, thanks to the advice, clinics and briefings led by our coaches.
Why is Spain the best choice for a camp? Costa Brava in Spain offers a perfect combination of stunning landscapes, mild climate, culture and cuisine. This ideal amalgam of elements is part of the experience the athlete is going to live during his training camp, including alternative leisure options to enjoy after triathlon training sessions. Within this rich variety, we offer up to your choice 2 spots on the Costa Brava: Calella de Palafrugell, known for being one of the most exclusive enclaves of the country and Cala Montgó, an ideal place to breathe in nature and calmness.
Mediterranean waters for swimming-----Transparent, clean, warm and full of life- all these words define the Meditteranean sea water. Swimming on the Costa Brava not only brings great performance and technical efficiency but also pleasure of exercising amid magnificent coastal surroundings typical of this region.
Armstrong’s favourite training ground: Top cyclists like Lance Armstrong and many other have chosen the province of Girona, Spain to prepare for such major races as the Tour or the Tour of Spain due to the great variety of roads and profiles this region has to offer. High mountains, plains and curvilinear roads are just some examples.
Running along the coast. Both Calella de Palafrugell and Cala Montgó feature numerous seaside paths, either paved or unpaved, which definitely constitute a perfect way to get to coastal towns flat – out.
A wide range of facilities can be enjoyed by visitors at Can Miquel Hotel **** which is one of the leading hotels in the region. Sea views will not disappoint you!
