What avid runner doesn't want to improve his/her jogging technique in the beautiful Spanish countryside? This 3 day Catalan running holiday will do just that, by introducing you to Chi Running. Runners will explore Spanish running trails, stunning sights and the Catalan culture of the Costa Brava.
The Chi Running technique is perfect for those who want to take their fitness program to a new level, lose weight, or heal from an injury. Chi Running changes your running program by introducing relaxation, different alignment, posture and running techniques. By connecting the mind and body, Chi running also helps prevent injury.
This Chi running camp is organised by a certified UK Chi Running Instructor in association with an experienced trail runner. There are only 8 places available on this exclusive 3 day camp to ensure complete personal attention. Chi Running combines the natural flow of energy of Tai Chi with the power of running.
The camp is open to runners of any level from complete beginner to ultra distance and experienced trail runners. There is very little running involved in the workshop element, while there are different levels of trail to suit individual preference and fitness levels. It would be advisable that you can comfortably run 5 kilometers. The focus throughout the whole camp will be on technique rather than competition with the emphasis on improving your skill.
This running holiday is not just about the running though. With a backdrop of the most beautiful Spanish countryside and villages, you'll enjoy stunning hotels, a signature spa experience and great Catalan food.

Amazing! ...yesterday, I shaved a minute of my previous 10k PB coming 9th in 38:57 ...Chi Running made a huge difference. I’m really thrilled. Looking forward to our next session and thanks so much for all your help so far. Chris Healy 25 August 2012
Very professional, came across really well and had the class focused throughout. He planned and executed the session really thoroughly and I am looking forward to attending the next session. Julia Clark, running workshop 12 February 2012
Gray was very thorough and detailed in teaching good posture and running form, and made it all feel very natural. He gave us lots of good individual feedback and guidance and there was plenty of practice so that we could get into the flow. I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to practicing the techniques more. Thanks for a great day! Tom Shepherd, running workshop 12/2/2012
